1. Acceptance

By using Crazy Clips, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

Crazy Clips is a video automation platform that allows gaming content creators to authenticate their TikTok account via OAuth, automatically generate short-form clips from long-form gaming videos, and send those clips to their own TikTok account via the TikTok Content Posting API — either as drafts in the creator's Inbox or as direct posts to the creator's profile, according to the settings the creator selects.

3. User responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you process and upload.
• You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.
• You must secure your device and keep your authorization tokens confidential.
• You must not use Crazy Clips to upload content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Posting modes and creator control

Crazy Clips posts only to the creator's own authenticated TikTok account, and only in the mode the creator has configured. Before any clip is sent, the creator selects the posting mode ("Save as Draft" or "Direct Post"), the caption, the privacy level, and the comment, Duet, and Stitch settings. Creators can pause posting or revoke access at any time, and Crazy Clips never posts to any account other than the creator's own.

5. TikTok API usage

Crazy Clips uses the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API. Use of these features is subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. Crazy Clips is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Crazy Clips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Availability and functionality may depend on TikTok APIs and third-party services outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crazy Clips and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
